Marr picture distorted

No one who knows Chris Marr believes he has failed education. Just as no one who wrote the recent flier that was mailed to the 6th District residents knows Chris Marr. Certainly, they weren’t in Olympia at the end of the 2009 legislative session to hear Marr’s speech on education funding when he voted against SB 6696.

When I looked at the mailer, the first thing I noticed was how slick and glossy it was – expensive! Must be desperate to spend that much money spreading lies. Next, I noticed it was mailed from Bellevue. It figures. The third thing I noticed was the use of the word failed five times. Was the repetition intended to be more convincing?

Those who know Sen. Marr and have been to Olympia aren’t fooled.
