Golf for Gifts registration open

DOWNRIVER – Registration is now available for the annual VOICES “Golf for Gifts” Tournament, to be held Sept. 25 at Downriver Municipal Golf Course.

Players will be entered by teams of three and paired with a local celebrity. The scramble tournament will tee off at 8 a.m. and includes an opportunity to win $10,000 for a hole-in-one, along with other awards, a continental breakfast, beverages, lunch and an awards banquet.

There is no entry fee for the tournament. Donations are appreciated. Registration deadline is Sept. 10.

The golf event benefits the VOICES annual Christmas dinner and gift giveaway that supports the most vulnerable members of the Spokane community.
