Motorcyclist killed in Stevens County crash

A motorcycle rider from Kelowna, B.C. was killed this morning in an accident in Stevens County. Ralf Pfob, 59, was northbound on Highway 25 on a 1995 BMW motorcycle about 10 a.m. today. Andrew Postlewait, 39, of Everson, Wa., was southbound in a 2000 Ford pickup, towing a travel trailer. On a curve, Pfob crossed the centerline and hit the pickup, the Washington State Patrol reported. Postlewait was not injured. Pfob was declared dead at the scene, WSP reported. He was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, which occurred about 5 miles south of Hunters.
