Website reports Washington state hospital errors

OLYMPIA – The Washington Health Department website is now reporting medical errors and accidents at state hospitals and care facilities.

Under state law they are required to report 28 types of errors known as adverse events. Spokeswoman Allison Cook said records go back to 2006 and are listed by event and facility.
