David and Violet Hott will celebrate their 55th wedding anniversary today.

Their children and spouses are: David Jr. and Julie Hott, Oconomowoc, Wis.; Daphne and Ken Breshears, San Diego; and Brian Hott, Spokane.

The couple were married April 3, 1954, in Coeur d’Alene. They have seven grandchildren.
