Military Families Food Drive - Global Credit Union and Operation Spokane Heroes have teamed up once again to help support local military families in time for the holidays. All nonperishable items and cash donations collected will go to the Food Pantry located on Fairchild Air Force Base. All branches of the military and their families may benefit. Wine and Cheese at the Market - Presented by Rocket Market. September classes will feature eight wines, cheese and bread from Labrea Bakery in Los Angeles. Wheat, Wine and Wild Salmon - Join Save Our Wild Salmon, Slow Food Spokane River and Spokane Falls Trout Unlimited for a celebration of the bounty of Salmon Nation.
