For the week of May 5-9

Monday – Beef enchilada casserole with sour cream, vegetables, carrots, pineapple tidbits, corn chips.

Tuesday – Cornflake chicken, diced sweet potatoes, French-style green beans, biscuit, angel food cake with berries and whipped topping.

Wednesday – Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetables, dinner roll, Mandarin oranges.

Thursday – Italian style veal with ziti, vegetables, brussels sprouts, garlic breadstick, peaches.

Friday – Chef salad with turkey and cheese, three-bean salad, dinner roll, orange wedges.

Salad menu – (Opportunity and Hillyard locations only) Tuesday – Tuna salad, French-style green beans, biscuit, angel food cake with berries and whipped topping.
