BlueJackets rout RiverHawks, 12-6

Brandon Decker was 3 for 5 and drove in five runs to lead the Kitsap BlueJackets to a 12-6 West Coast Collegiate Baseball League victory over the Spokane RiverHawks Sunday at Avista Stadium.

Kyle Baskett and Doug Buser added two RBIs apiece for Kitsap, which trailed 1-0 before scoring 10 straight runs to take control.

Mark Purser was 4 for 5 with three RBIs to lead Spokane. Ernesto Ortiz was 3 for 4 with three runs scored.

Spokane starter Matt Renner allowed six runs in 1 2/3 innings.
