Katie Guettinger scored 12 points and Pullman took over sole possession of first place in the Great Northern League with a 49-46 victory over West Valley Saturday in Pullman.

Shelby Cheslek added nine points and six boards for the Greyhounds (10-1, 5-0), who held a 33-18 advantage in rebounds over the Eagles.

West Valley (9-2, 4-1) was led by Melissa Mauro who scored 15 points.

Elsewhere in the GNL, Kellie McCann-Smith scored 24 points and Jamie Berghammer added 16 as Clarkston beat host Colville 52-45. The Bantams (4-7, 1-4) outscored the Indians 17-8 in the opening quarter and led 29-16 at the half. Emily Pond scored 10 of her 19 points in the fourth quarter to lead Colville (4-6, 2-3). … Kaitlin McNeill scored 11 points and Kylie Tareski added 10 as Medical Lake came from behind to beat host Riverside 55-52. The Cardinals (4-7, 2-3) outscored the Rams 29-20 in the second half after trailing by six at halftime. Chelsi Marshall scored 18 points on 7-of-11 shooting to lead Riverside (6-5, 0-5). … Cheney got out to a fast start and cruised past host Deer Park 58-33. Kyle Miller had 15 points and Sarah Dixon added 10 for the Blackhawks (6-5, 4-1), who led 32-14 at the half. Dominique Swenson led the Stags (1-10, 1-4) with 13 points.

Kayla Johnson scored 14 points to lead Colfax to a 67-36 Northeast A League win over host Kettle Falls (6-6, 2-2). Jordan Harazin added 11 points for Colfax (11-2, 4-0), which outscored Kettle Falls 25-4 in the third quarter to take a 27-point lead into the fourth.

Taylor Stewart scored 14 points and Tabitha Clark added 10 as Priest River routed Timberlake 53-20 in an Intermountain League game at Priest River. The Spartans (14-1, 3-0) outscored the Tigers (5-9, 0-4) 13-1 in the first quarter and led 26-6 at the half.

Brianna Bailey led four players in double figures with 18 points and Northwest Christian routed Odessa (3-8, 1-8) 77-30 in a Bi-County League game in Odessa. Taryn Russel scored 14 points, Hayley Hendricksen tossed in 12 and Danne Dami added 10 for the Crusaders (10-3, 9-0), who led 42-12 at the half. … Elsewhere in the league, Devon Killian scored 20 points on 10-of-11 shooting and grabbed seven rebounds to lead Lind-Ritzville past visiting Reardan 47-33. The Broncos (11-3, 8-2) led 30-5 at the half. Brook Ferderer led the Indians (8-6, 6-4) with 17 points. … Maddisen Peterson scored a game-high 25 points to guide Wilbur-Creston (8-5, 6-4) past host Davenport 44-41. Mariah Mielke led the Gorillas (6-8, 4-6) with 16 points.
