For the week of Jan. 14-18

Monday – Fish patty with tartar, au gratin potatoes, vegetables, tapioca pudding with Mandarin oranges.

Tuesday – Rosemary chicken, vegetables, peas, rye bread, baked apple slices.

Wednesday – Swiss steak with gravy, baked potato with sour cream, vegetable, wheat bread, apricots.

Thursday – Chicken pot pie over biscuit, vegetables, pineapple tidbits, chocolate chip cookie.

Friday – Roast beef with gravy mashed potatoes, vegetables, peaches, potato roll, majestic square.

Salad Menu – Tuesdays (Opportunity and Hillyard locations only) Egg salad platter, vegetables, rye bread, baked apple slices.
