Court date incorrect
Idaho First District Judge Charles Hosack accepted a plea deal on Monday for restitution and probation in a case involving a 92-year-old Post Falls man whose life savings were stolen. The wrong court date appeared in Tuesday’s paper because of a reporter’s error.
