“Catch the Reading Bug at Your Library!” - Summer reading program hosted by Spokane County Library District and Spokane Public Library. Garland Street Fair - Sixth annual event. The street will be filled with live bands, local artists, children’s arts and crafts, games, food, drink and merchant booths. The theme is a tribute to Judy Garland and “The Wizard of Oz.” 10 a.m.-8 p.m., Garland Avenue. 324-2323.
