Hints from Heloise

The Spokesman-Review

Dear Heloise: My husband is on several medications, and because he has severe tremors, it is difficult for him to take pills without dropping them. I save the little plastic cups from sugar-free lemonade mixes and use them as pill dispensers. This makes it much easier for him to take his medications. – M.W., Houston

Dear Heloise: I work in an office where every bill we receive includes a window envelope for us to return payment. We print our checks and return them in our own check-window envelopes. I just hated throwing all those other envelopes away! Now, I save them and keep them for my grocery lists. There is more than enough room to write my items on the outside, and they hold coupons inside! – Tabatha Renegar, Winston-Salem, N.C.
