From Staff Reports The Spokesman-Review

Donald Stickels, 30, has registered as a level 3 sex offender with the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, and police list his address only as “downtown,” according to a release from the Spokane Police Department.

As a teenager, Stickels was convicted of molesting a 4-year-old boy in 1993. Stickels also has served sentences for second-degree burglary, second-degree theft, fourth-degree assault and weapons charges.

In reports from 1995, police described him as likely to re-offend and said he admitted to molesting other children between the ages of 9 and 11.

The white, 5-foot-7-inch, 165-pound man has green eyes, black hair, a goatee and a small R tattooed on his left shoulder.

Although Stickels is under Department of Corrections supervision, he is not wanted by the police. Any harassment or intimidation of registered sex offenders will not be tolerated by law enforcement, according to the release.
