Inland Empire League

Kama Griffitts and Sadie Simon scored nine points and Dayna Drager and Deaana Dotts added eight apiece as Coeur d’Alene cruised to an easy 49-27 win over visiting Moscow on Friday.

The Vikings (18-2, 12-0) got out to a quick start, outscoring the Bears 11-1 in the first quarter.

Kelli Tatham tallied a team-high nine points for Moscow (3-16, 2-9).

Elsewhere in the IEL, Natalie Nichols scored a game-high 28 points, leading Lakeland (8-11, 5-7) to a 55-43 win over visiting Lewiston (9-10, 5-7) at Rathdrum. Nichols was 15 of 19 from the free-throw line for the Hawks, who outscored the Bengals 17-6 in the opening quarter. Brittney Devorak led Lewiston with 13 points.

Intermountain League

Becky Lowther scored a game-high 16 points, leading Bonners Ferry (12-7, 6-1) to a 40-22 win over host Timberlake (4-14, 1-5) at Spirit Lake. The Badgers outscored the Tigers 12-4 in the second quarter and led 18-4 at halftime. Ashley Porter led Timberlake with eight points.

North Star League

Cara Hayman scored 17 points and Krista Williams added 12 points and nine steals as Wallace (10-9, 5-2) topped visiting Mullan (1-15, 0-5) 53-33. Lisa Carver added 10 points, nine rebounds and six assists for the Miners. Fawn Story scored 31 of the Tigers’ 33 points.
