Carole Condon has been hired as a loan officer at American Home Mortgage.

Cancer Care Northwest has hired Dr. Mark Sienko as a medical oncologist/hematologist. He previously worked at Texas Oncology-Plano West and received his medical degree from the University of Illinois, Rockford.

Kimberley Hall has been hired as a nutritional counselor at Surgical Bariatrics Northwest. She holds a bachelor’s degree in food and nutrition from the University of Idaho and previously worked as a dietitian at Kootenai Medical Center and Sacred Heart Medical Center.

Wells Fargo Private Client Services has hired Brian Norris as a vice president and senior private banker. He has 16 years of experience in financial services and previously worked at Sterling Bank’s dealer banking.

PROMOTED

The Pacific Northwest division of the USDA Forest Service has promoted Ken Snell as the fire and aviation director. He holds a master’s degree in forest management from the University of Montana and has worked for the Forest Service for 37 years.

Mark Qualley has been promoted to chief operating officer at Humanix Staffing Services. Ha has been with the company for 10 years and previously worked as manager of the company’s Coeur d’Alene branch.

University of Phoenix has promoted Michelle McGuire to corporate education liaison for the Spokane campus. She previously worked as marketing support coordinator and administrative assistant.

Jennifer West has been promoted to chief operating officer at Rockey Hill & Knowlton, overseeing the operations of the three Northwest offices of the consultancy of Hill & Knowlton. She will continue as the general manager of the Spokane office where she has been for 10 years.

Shriners Hospitals for Children has hired Maggie Crabtree as a half-time fraternal/patient recruitment liaison in the public relations department. She has been with the hospital for 10 years.
