For the week of Jan. 22-26
Monday – Pork cutlet with mushroom gravy, scalloped potatoes, Capri-blend vegetables, dinner roll, pineapple tidbits.
Tuesday – Chicken marsala over bow tie pasta, tossed green salad, California-blend vegetables, French bread, fruit cocktail.
Wednesday – Sloppy joes on a bun, baked beans, carrot coins, mandarin oranges, oatmeal cookie.
Thursday – Macaroni and cheese, Italian-style vegetables, brussels sprouts, wheat bread, Hawaiian salad.
Friday – Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, potato roll, berries with whipped cream.
