2006 Mustang GT Convertible

Name: Frank Wiprud, 69, Spokane.

Purchased: September 2006.

Why I Love It: I have never “matured” as far as cars are concerned. My first car was a 1941 Ford Convertible, and we also owned a 1967 Mustang. This car is a nostalgia trip for both of those cars. It especially reminds me of our ‘67 Mustang. I have lowered it in back, put on lots of chrome, Billitt grille, custom wheels and Vogue whitewalls. I have 632 miles on the car so you know it is a treasured “toy.” Old guys still can have cool cars!

My next car will be: My wife says no more “toys,” no more new cars — ever. (I have heard that before.)
