Two students face murder charges

POCATELLO, Idaho – Two Pocatello High School students have been charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder in the stabbing death of a classmate.

Torey Michael Adamcik and Brian Lee Draper, both 16, were charged in 6th District Court on Thursday in the death of 16-year-old Cassie Joe Stoddart. Prosecutors released few details of the crime, but said Stoddart died Friday night after being stabbed several times.

The two were arrested Wednesday night after taking polygraph tests, the Bannock County Sheriff’s Office said.
