HGTV is coming to Spokane. Two shows, “What You Get for the Money” and “If Walls Could Talk,” are seeking homeowners in the Spokane/Coeur d’Alene area.

“What You Get for the Money” is a weekly series that airs on both the HGTV and Fine Living networks.

Each episode profiles three to six homeowners in different cities across the country. The common denominator is how much they paid for their homes. With target prices from $200,000 to $1 million, markets are compared and contrasted.

“What You Get for the Money,” not only outlines housing prices in cities and communities across the country, the show illustrates the lifestyle in each area.

Producers are looking for Spokane/Coeur d’Alene homeowners who are willing to share what they paid for their home, what attracted them to the area and the lifestyle that came with the purchase.

If you’d like to be considered for “What You Get for the Money,” you can get an online entry form by contacting us at home@spokesman.com. Please put HGTV in the subject line of your e-mail.

“If Walls Could Talk,” features older homes with a story to tell.
