Relationship of Sleep Dose to Recovery from Sleep Restriction – This presentation will feature Dr. Siobahn Banks, an expert on recovery sleep, which is what people often do on the weekend to make up for lost sleep. Developmental Screenings – Free appointments will be taken through next Tuesday for screenings for infants and toddlers under 3 years old living in Spokane County. Tests will determine ability to move, learn, communicate, relate to others, see, hear and eat, and there are several locations available. Baby-sitting Basics – For boys and girls ages 10 to 15, this class will discuss the responsibilities of the parents and the sitter, first aid, infant and child CPR and discipline issues, Saturday from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at Valley Hospital and Medical Center, 12606 E. Smart Health for Seniors Workshop – The East Central Senior Center, 500 S.
