Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Cecil R. Andrews – 46, Hope, failure to appear/drug trafficking in marijuana, $10,000 bond.

Cece A. Connery – 38, Kootenai, failure to appear/fraud, issuing checks on closed account, $500 bond.

Kevin M. Hampton

– 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance/cocaine, $50,000 bond.

Ronald A. Lehman – 56, Coolin, failure to comply/driving under the influence, $50,000 bond.

Rocky A. Seaman – 58, Ponderay, grand theft, $25,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Michael S. Barbian – 33, Phoenix, failure to comply/possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $6,000 bond.

Pedro Nuno Desousa Bem – 27, Sandpoint, failure to appear/driving without privileges, $2,000 bond.

Wesley P. Caverly – 42, Spokane, parole violation/domestic violence, kidnapping in the second degree, $5,000 bond.

Sergey M. Chechum – 20, Spokane, failure to appear/driving under the influence, minor in possession of alcohol, $1,000 bond.

Khinza J. Kahlin – 22, Post Falls, failure to comply/driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Victor Donovan – 54, Athol, failure to appear/domestic battery with a child present, $5,000 bond.

Loren J. Ebnet – 45, Pasco, trespass, $500 bond.

James L. Finch – 47, Charlo, Mont., failure to comply/driving without privileges, eluding an officer, $512 bond.

Kimberly J. Garrison – 24, Spokane, driving without privileges, $2,000 bond.

Joshua S. Hansen – 29, Spokane, failure to comply/possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $5,000 bond.

Robert W. Hill – 46, Kellogg, driving without privileges, false impersonation, $2,500.
