“Assassins” – Spokane Civic Theatre, Monday and Tuesday, 6:30 p.m. at the theater, 1020 N. Howard St. Needed: two women, eight men and one boy who appears ages 10-13. Parts also available for a small men/women chorus. Auditioners should prepare a verse and chorus of a song not from the show and be prepared to move. Performance dates: Jan. 26-Feb. 18. “James and the Giant Peach” – Spokane Children’s Theatre, Dec. 10, 1-5 p.m. and Dec. 11, 6:30-9 p.m. in Spokane Community College’s Lair Auditorium, 1810 N. Greene St. Needed: one boy age 9-14 for James, three to four adult men, three to four adult women, and 10 kids ages 12-18, male or female.
