OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Leigh B. Anderes – 23, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation/burglary (three counts), $75,000 bond.

David R. Black – 41, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/grand theft, $40,000 bond.

Shawn G. Smith – 21, Post Falls, probation violation/burglary, $30,000 bond.

Stephen T. Staniszewski – 36, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/burglary, obstructing officers, no bond.

Michael D. White – 23, Athol, grand theft (two counts), felony eluding, failure to appear/driving while suspended (two counts), $253,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Amber J. Anderson – 21, Coeur d’Alene, misdemeanor probation violation/petty theft, $50,000 bond.

Craig W. Axtell – 24, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, five days in jail.

David R. Goodwin – 39, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, 30 days in jail.

Charles J. Hurt – 19, Hayden, failure to appear/petty theft (two counts), $1,000 bond, four days in jail.

Raymond J. Jemison – 22, Hayden, failure to appear/littering, driving while suspended, $5,000 bond, one day in jail.

Jaime L. Kissler – 35, Rathdrum, failure to appear/inattentive driving, five days in jail.

Paul G. Landrum – 26, Coeur d’Alene, battery, failure to appear/battery, $15,000 bond.

Jeremy L. Mattson – 30, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $3,000 bond.

Olen G. McCalmon – 45, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.

Randy J. McCoy – 29, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/open container (two counts), $2,000 bond.

Joshua J. Restivo – 29, Hayden, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Krissy M. Sanchez – 26, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, possession of a suspended driver’s license, $5,000 bond.

Kristin K. Smith – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/battery, $2,000 bond.

Lagina R. Teuteberg – 31, Hayden, failure to appear/telephone harassment, $500 bond.

Candi L. Wilcox – 43, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/domestic battery, five days in jail.
