Predators prey on Canucks

Steve Sullivan scored on a breakaway with 5:41 left Tuesday to lift the visiting Nashville Predators to a 3-2 win over the Vancouver Canucks.

Roberto Luongo finished with 21 stops for Vancouver, which lost for just the second time in six games.

Islanders 5, Blackhawks 2: At Uniondale, N.Y., Rick DiPietro turned aside 30 shots, and Alexei Yashin scored the decisive goal in the New York’s win over Chicago.
