Payne gets Media of Year honor

The Media of the Year award was presented by the Education Committee of the Spokane Association of REALTORS® to Karen Payne, who assisted in putting together a new program called the HomeWords.

A 13-year veteran at The Spokesman-Review, Payne helped to get the high school-centered educational program off the ground as the Newspapers in Education coordinator.
