For the week of May 15-19
Monday – Salisbury steak with gravy, roasted red potatoes, squash, dinner roll, mandarin oranges.
Tuesday – Tuna salad with lettuce and tomato on bun, pasta salad, carrot raisin salad, tropical fruit cup.
Wednesday – Chili baked potato, Italian-blend vegetable, apricots, wheat bread, peanut butter cookie.
Thursday – Chicken with wild rice, casserole, chuckwagon-blend vegetable, French-style green beans, breadstick, spiced pears.
Friday – Veal with mushroom sauce, au gratin potatoes, spinach, dinner roll, peaches.
