Mike McCoy, employee of Cheapskates, reported Monday the $1,100 theft of three stereos, padlocks and computer tower from the business at 1116 E. Sherman Ave.

Kathryn Carchia reported Monday the $3,000 theft of a gold charm bracelet from a home in the 7300 block of North Aaron Street.

Terry Absec, employee of Pepsi Co., reported Sunday $450 damage to the interior of a 2001 GMC Safari van parked at the business at 520 W. Dalton Ave.

Kootenai County sheriff

Melissa Tipke, Spokane, reported Monday $1,000 damage to windows of a home in the 12200 block of North Wild Point Road near Hauser Lake.

Jack Richter, owner of Affordable Inn, reported Monday $300 damage to windows of a business at 9986 N. Government Way in Hayden.

Jimmy Kinser, manager of The Car Lot, reported Monday the $2,500 theft of a 1978 Chevrolet Midas motor home when it was sold and final payment was not made to the business at 10664 Government Way in Hayden.

Lisa Farrar, Post Falls, reported Monday the $570 theft of tools from a 1988 Chevrolet van parked in the 7000 block of East Greta Avenue.

Montee Slinkard, employee of Avista Utilities, reported Monday the $6,000 theft of a Missile pneumatic tunnel machine from a utility trailer parked at a work site at Prairie Avenue and Atlas Road.

John Moats, Athol, reported Monday the $570 theft of two chainsaws from his home in the 26000 block of North Weir Road.
