Secret Witness is offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of a felon on the run.

Roland N. Winfrey Jr. is wanted by the Department of Corrections for escaping from community custody. The 29-year-old is classified as an armed career criminal who also has outstanding warrants for felony possession and delivery of illegal drugs.

Winfrey is 6 feet tall and weighs about 250 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. The last address he gave to Spokane police was 404 S. Green St.

Anyone with information on Winfrey’s whereabouts is asked to call Secret Witness at 327-5111. Callers do not have to give their name to collect the cash reward but should use a code name or number.
