New farmers’ market opens

Another neighborhood farmers’ market has opened in North Spokane.

The North Spokane Farmers’ Market will operate from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturdays in the parking lot at the Aslin-Finch Feed and Seed Supply, 10505 N. Newport Highway.

You’ll find fresh fruits and vegetables, berries, eggs, culinary spices and rubs, and organic beef, along with some bedding plants, crafts, jewelry, soap and more.

The market will be open until the last Saturday in September.
