For the week of Feb. 27-March 3

Monday – Veal with sour cream sauce over pasta, green beans almandine, California-blend vegetables, breadstick, plums.

Tuesday – Roast pork with gravy, au gratin potatoes, French-blend vegetables, pineapple tidbits, wheat bread, marble cake.

Wednesday – Macaroni and cheese, mixed vegetables, broccoli, dinner roll, seasonal fruit cup.

Thursday – Barbecue beef on bun, coleslaw, carrots, pound cake with berries and whipped topping.

Friday – Turkey ala king over biscuit, French-blend vegetables, parslied cauliflower, fruit cocktail.
