Hints from Heloise

The Spokesman-Review

Dear Readers: You can reuse clean, worn-out pantyhose to:

• Store onions. Tie a knot in the feet for extra strength, and drop the onions in.

• Store rolls of wrapping paper. The hose keep the rolls rolled up and protected much better than a rubber band or piece of tape can.

• Use to tie up tomato plants in the garden or bundles of limbs to put out for pickup. – Heloise
