Monday – All sites closed.

Tuesday – Hungarian goulash, Italian-style vegetables, herbed green beans, potato roll, apricots.

Wednesday – Chicken cacciatore, tossed salad with dressing, winter-blend vegetables, sourdough bread, pears.

Thursday – Veal cutlet with mushroom gravy, baked potato with sour cream, brussels sprouts, dinner roll, pineapple tidbits.

Friday – Corned beef with cabbage, roasted red potatoes, baked apple slices, caraway rye bread, butterscotch majestic square.
