Davis awarded scholarships

Central Valley High School senior Shon Davis was recently named the winner of the Rasmussen and Burkland/Butner college scholarships. Both are $500 awards.

Davis, a standout football player, was the second-leading rusher in the Greater Spokane League with 872 yards, including 212 in a 20-17 season-ending victory over University.
