Here is the Heloise quick cookie recipe for you to hang on your new refrigerator. It’s an easy recipe to make, so always keep cake mix on hand.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix 2 eggs and 1/2 cup of vegetable oil ONLY with a box of your favorite cake mix (nothing else). If you want to, add a handful of other ingredients like nuts, raisins and chocolate chips.

Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, and let cool before serving. – Heloise
