OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Kerry K. Clark – 45, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation/failure to register as a sex offender, $60,000 bond.

Robert Rivera – 28, Coeur d’Alene, failure to register as a sex offender, $50,000 bond.

Deanne M. Schuetz – 34, Post Falls, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, $10,000 bond.

Ronald J. Scoggin Jr. – 48, Post Falls, failure to appear/filing false affidavit of vehicle theft, 20 days in jail.

Jay W. Stratton – 19, St. Maries, probation violation/eluding, $25,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Christopher R. Fannon – 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $1,000 bond.

Christopher D. Hayes – 21, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, possession of marijuana, no proof of insurance, $3,500 bond.

Chad A. Henderson – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, $141 bond.

Isaac Holmes – 22, Harrison, failure to appear/boating under the influence, possession of marijuana, five days in jail.

Yolanda A. Joe – 20, Plummer, failure to appear/open container, malicious injury to property, $2,000 bond.

Rachael S. Katz – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, $500 bond.

Amber M. McNutt – 20, Kellogg, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, $1,000 bond.

Heather P. Christie – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, $500 bond.

Ryan S. Roberge – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to leave information at vehicle accident, $1,000 bond.

Shaylon F. P. Sepanski – 20, Hayden, failure to appear/reckless driving, $1,000 bond.

Eric T. S. Silverman – 19, Coeur d’Alene, petty theft, $5,000 bond.

Aaron M. Sohrweide – 20, Hayden, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, $2,000 bond.

Anthony A. Wells – 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt of court, $500 bond.
