Hasek earns 73rd shutout in Red Wings win
Dominik Hasek made 27 saves for his 73rd NHL shutout and Dan Cleary scored twice Wednesday night to lift the host Detroit Red Wings to a 5-0 victory over the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Hasek’s league-leading fifth shutout of the season moved into 10th place on the career list, one spot ahead of Lorne Chabot.
