NEW FACES

Julie Olds has been hired as an associate at the law firm of Witherspoon, Kelley, Davenport & Toole. She is a graduate of the Seattle University School of Law and a certified public accountant.

ICM Asset Management has hired Tammy McLaughlin as a client services representative.

James Tanner has been hired as an associate in the law firm of Lukins & Annis. He is a graduate of the Syracuse University School of Law and has clerked for the U.S. Attorney’s office in Syracuse, N.Y. He previously worked in the tax department of Ernst & Young.

McDirmid, Mikkelsen & Secrest has hired Brett Davidson as a staff accountant. He holds a Masters of Accountancy degree from Gonzaga University.

Janet Shillam has been hired in the sales department of Kimmel Athletic as a graphic specialist. She has five years of graphics experience.

Exit Real Estate North has hired Rick Lear as a real estate agent. He previously worked at Windermere North.

Kayla Best has been hired as a member service representative at Global Credit Union. She is attending Gonzaga University, studying public relations and marketing and is the current Miss Spokane.

Bill and Lisa Davis have been hired as a team of real estate agents at Exit Real Estate North. They will specialize in investment and residential properties.

Dr. Barry Gould is a new health care provider at the downtown Rockwood Clinic. Gould is an endocrinologist and earned his medical degree at George Washington University in Washington D.C.

PROMOTED

John Giem has been promoted to vice president of Sterling Savings Bank. He has been with the bank for over two years and has over 15 years of banking and financial service experience.

Molly Wilson has been promoted to a real estate agent in the Coeur d’Alene office of Century 21 Beutler & Associates. She previously worked as a staff member at the office.

Spokane Teachers Credit Union has promoted Chris Dunford to branch projects and operations manager. He previously worked as the main branch manager, and has been with the credit union for three years.

KUDOS

Melissa Judd has received the Dominic Allessio Employee of the Quarter Award at Global Credit Union. Judd has been with the credit union since 2002 and is the military marketing representative.

Hap Hilbish has received the Idaho Certified Residential Specialist 2006 award. He is a real estate agent in the Coeur d’Alene office of Century 21 Beutler & Associates.

Cort Wilcox has received the Catapult Award from D.A. Davison & Co. Wilcox is a vice president and financial consultant in the Coeur d’Alene office branch.

Spokane Teachers Credit Union has received three Spectrum Awards in excellence and one honorable mention for its 2006 marketing campaign at the Washington Credit Union League Annual Conference.

Julie Kuhlmann has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute designation. She is an agent in the Valley office of Coldwell Banker Northwest Group.

Joseph Carter is the new manager at the Edward Jones office at 1314 S. Grand Blvd., #4. He recently transferred to Spokane from an Edward Jones office in Ocean Shores, Wash.

The Bead Addict’s Attic has opened at 635 W. Garland Ave. The bead and jewelry supply store is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. During December, the store will also be open from noon to 5 p.m. and Sundays and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Mondays.
