For the week of Dec. 4-8

Monday – Chicken patty on a bun with mayonnaise, lettuce and cheese, carrots, winter-blend vegetables, fruit cocktail, chocolate chip cookie.

Tuesday – Macaroni and cheese, country trio-blend vegetables, spinach, potato roll, lime Jell-O with mandarin oranges.

Wednesday – Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, French-blend vegetables, dinner roll, tropical fruit cup.

Thursday – Rosemary chicken, scalloped potatoes, Scandinavian-blend vegetables, wheat bread, spiced pears.

Friday – Lasagna, tossed salad with dressing, brussels sprouts, grench bread, baked apple slices.
