For the week of May 1-5

Monday – Beef tips with peppers over rice pilaf, fiesta-blend vegetables, peas, wheat bread, pineapple tidbits.

Tuesday – Italian style veal with ziti, spinach, carrots, garlic breadstick, tropical fruit cup.

Wednesday – Chef salad with cottage cheese, three-bean salad, blushing pears, rye bread, brownie.

Thursday – Turkey ala king over biscuit, green beans, corn, Mandarin oranges.

Friday – Hamburger on bun with lettuce, tomato and cheese, coleslaw, baked beans, apricots, chocolate chip cookie.
