Mobius Kids – Children’s museum features seven galleries aimed at kids ages 10 and younger. Permanent installations include Bayanihan, an exploration of the culture of the Philippines, and Geotopia, which uses the principles of Earth science to describe the effects that water, wind and weather have on the ecosystem. Other exhibits address neighborhood safety and early learning. Mondays-Saturdays, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; Sundays, 11 a.m.-5 p.m, River Park Square, 808 W. WEDNESDAY

Free Child Development Screenings - For infants and toddlers younger than 3 living in Spokane County. Screenings include language, physical strength and coordination, vision, hearing, feeding and behavior. Parents with concerns or questions will have the opportunity to talk with child development specialists. Locations vary.
