For the week of April 17-21

Monday – Beef stroganoff with pasta, fiesta-blend vegetables, spinach, wheat bread, pineapple tidbits.

Tuesday – Cornflake chicken, sweet potatoes, zucchini, breadstick, spiced pears.

Wednesday – Swiss steak with gravy, parslied potatoes, mixed vegetables, plums, dinner roll, tapioca pudding.

Thursday – Sweet and sour chicken over rice, California-blend vegetables, brussels sprouts, wheat bread, topical fruit cup.

Friday – Veal with sour cream sauce over pasta, Capri-blend vegetables, corn, breadstick, Mandarin oranges.
