Kootenai County sheriffCarl Johnson, Coeur d’Alene, reported Monday the $20,000 theft of miscellaneous tools from property on the 900 block of East Lacy Avenue, Hayden.

Daniel Holmes, Athol, reported Monday the $1,150 theft of a paintball gun and gear from a 2000 Toyota 4-Runner parked at his home on the 29000 block of North Sixth Street.

Michael Kelly, Post Falls, reported Monday the $392 theft of an air compressor and power tools when they were borrowed by an acquaintance and not returned to his home on the 1800 block of North Havichur Loop near Post Falls.
