Boggs lands media honor

The Media of the Year is a special honor from the Spokane Association of REALTORS® given annually for impartial reporting of real estate matters, promotion of fairness in real estate practices, and support of REALTOR® efforts overall.

The 2005 recipient is Alison Boggs, staff reporter with The Spokesman-Review, for outstanding real estate reporting. Her beat also includes retail business and downtown development.

A native New Yorker, she has been on The Spokesman-Review staff for 11 years. She is a graduate of Tufts University in Boston and received a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri.
