The county has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Johnathan C. Fetters – 22, Post Falls, failure to appear/burglary, 60 days in jail.

Tammy E. Frost – 43, Post Falls, probation violation/possession of methamphetamine, $30,000 bond.

Chrystal M. Stincelli – 27, Post Falls, probation violation/burglary, $30,000 bond.

Christopher J. Wilson – 33, Spokane, grand theft, eluding, $25,000 bond.

Allen N. Bercier – 48, Rathdrum, failure to appear/driving while suspended, inattentive driving, one day in jail.

Donald P. Townsend – 41, Athol, misdemeanor probation violation/domestic battery, $20,000 bond.

Nathan L. Upchurch – 32, Athol, violation of protection order, $5,000 bond.

John R. Winter – 31, Rathdrum, failure to appear/battery, failure to carry a driver’s license, no proof of insurance, driving while suspended, $6,000 bond.
