AA – meets 6:30 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. Sundays at the Kootenai Medical Center classrooms. Information: 666-2030.

AIDS Coalition – For support group meetings in and around the City of Spokane, call the Inland Northwest AIDS Coalition; 622-0721. For meetings in North Idaho, call the North Idaho AIDS Coalition at (208) 665-1448.

Alateen – meets in Coeur d’Alene on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Room One. For information, call Barb at 665-7311 or Ana at 762-1535.

Al-Anon – a nonprofit support group for family members and friends of substance abusers, meets Mondays at 6 p.m. at Country Club Lane and Main Street in Pinehurst; Tuesdays at 8 p.m., and Wednesdays at noon and 5 p.m. at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, 625 E. Alzheimer’s Support Group – meets the third Saturday of every month from 1:30-3 p.m. in the Kootenai Medical Center’s classrooms. Contact (208) 772-2542.

The AMEND Center – a comprehensive educational, treatment and support center for men, located in the Courthouse Plaza, 520 Government Way, in Coeur d’Alene. Information: 665-2432.
