Monday – Fish patty with tartar sauce, roasted red potatoes, Oregon-blend vegetables, roll, yellow cake
Tuesday – Veal cutlet in sour cream sauce over pasta, French-blend vegetables, zucchini, biscuit, tropical fruit cup
Wednesday – Roast turkey with gravy, sage stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans almondine, cranberry sauce, roll, pumpkin custard
Thursday – Thanksgiving Day; all sites closed
Friday – Riblets, baked beans, corn bun, brownie
