IN Life needs project volunteers

The Spokesman-Review

Does your life feel time-pressured and stressful no matter how many day planners or kitchen calendars you buy? Do your days disappear in a flurry of carpools, to-do lists and work deadlines?

If so, IN Life’s here to help. We’re launching a project this week designed to help women not only get control of their time, but wind up happier and more satisfied with their lives.

We’re looking for volunteers. You’ll need to commit to keeping a time diary for a week and meeting with a life coach who will help you discover how to lead a richer life.

We’ll match each volunteer with a coach, along with a reporter and a photographer who will record the experience for stories in an upcoming IN Life section.

If you’re willing to participate, please send us a letter or e-mail telling us why. We’d like to know about your family (including ages of your children), your work schedule (full-time, part-time or stay-at-home mom), and your top three priorities in life. Tell us, too, about the biggest time challenges you face.

Please send this information, along with your name, address, day-time phone number and e-mail address to: Women and Time, Features Department, The Spokesman Review, P.O. Box 2160, Spokane, WA 99210 or features@spokesman.com. We’d like to hear from you by Monday, Nov. 22.
