A group hiking expedition to Southern Utah’s Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, Nov. 23-28, is being organized by North Idaho College’s Outdoor Pursuits.

Travel 1,600 miles round-trip by van and hike through some of the best desert scenery in North America.

Backpacking experience isn’t required, but participants will need personal gear. The trip is open to adults with a moderate fitness level.
