“Back to the Blanket” - Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Brix Restaurant, 317 E. Sherman Ave. This is part of The Lake City Playhouse Reader’s Theater and is a new political play by local playwright Robert Casemore. Admission is free. Information: 667-1323.

Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee - will meet Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at Coeur d’Alene City Hall, 710 Mullan Ave.

“The Phantom” - Continues Thursday at the Lake City Playhouse, 1320 E. Garden, with curtain time at 7 p.m. This is based on the book by Arthur Kopit, and is the predecessor to “Phantom of the Opera.” Additional shows Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. Tickets: $14 adults, $12 seniors, $12 students, $8 children. “Gint” - Continues Thursday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m. in Schuler Auditorium in Boswell Hall on the North Idaho College. This NIC theater production is about a character who lies and seduces his way through life until he has to confront his actions. Directed by Joe Jacoby and starring Giuseppi Romano. This play is intended for adult audiences. Information: 769-3220.

“The Diviners” - Continues Thursday through Saturday at 7 p.m. in the Lake City High School Auditorium, presented by Troupe de Wolfe productions, directed by Sandra Seaton. The play takes place in a southern Indiana town of Zion during the dust bowl. Cost: $5 adults, $4 students and seniors and $3 with Lake City ASB card and children under 12. Information: 769-0769.
